Ascending the Heights

Today was a very still day at work. And in addition lights were turned off for some hours. With nothing to do (and not being able to do) I got extremely bored and decided to entertain myself with drawing a couple of pics. This one is basically a recalled shot from the video Burmese Kittens Practice Climbing.
In addition, not so long ago I received what I wanted for quite a time. There is a 'notebook series' called Express Course of Drawing, which contains different-themed notebooks with examples, tips and hints for those who want to learn how to draw. I got two such notebooks: Drawing Human and Drawing Animals (this series also includes Drawing Still Life, Drawing Fonts, Drawing Cities and Drawing Landscapes). So, basically this is the result of 'practical training' without hints or examples.
